No compromise on safety, integrity & honesty

Our Vision: To be the leading provider of subsea solutions wherever we operate, by applying our experience, best practice and knowledge.

Our Mission: To provide subsea services that are innovative, reliable, efficient and most
important, SAFE.

We embrace technology, cooperation and mutual support

At FSDS, we provide subsea services – both diving and ROV – to oil & gas companies, marine
& platform operators, and offshore contractors.

We are experienced in diverse and challenging environments such as H2S/ATEX and Arctic/sea-
ice conditions in water depths down to 50 metres. Equipment maintenance
is supported using a Bureau Veritas certified electronic PMS, which is fully compliant with
IMCA DESIGN audit requirements.

Based on the Caspian Sea, we support operations across Central Asia, the Caucasus and the Middle
East. We are an IMCA Diving and ROV member, with IACS certifications and a permanent
equipment base in West Kazakhstan.

What sets us apart

We were the first Caspian based IMCA certified, commercial diving services provider. We are one of the very few companies  - globally - to offer an ABS Class built, ATEX  2 surface oriented dive system.

Our dive teams and supervisors are experienced not only in working in and under ice but also in potentially explosive (Zone 2) or toxic gas environments. They also work on deck with BA and within dive control systems under positive pressure.

We can work offshore to depths of 50 metres and inshore in shallow, silty waters, frequently with zero visibility.

Our ROVs range from micro to observation and include photogrammetric imaging and under-water 3Dmodelling, to millimetric accuracy.

With our partners we can offer extended services including portable containerized saturation systems, inspection and workclass ROVs and a variety of vessel, dredging and seabed survey services.

Remote Inspection

In additional to our range of observation ROVs, we can deploy remote inspection technologies (RIT) for close-range millimetre accuracy dimensional control and 3D imaging.

The systems are unaffected by turbidity and do not require external control points and include SLAM capability.

System accuracy is DNV certified.
